Chef Paul opened his first Wahlburgers in Hingham, MA in 2011.
Wahlburgers, the subject of an A&E reality show which wrapped 10 successful seasons, offers a fun, casual music-filled atmosphere where guests, like family, share great food, a few laughs and lots of love. While its interior decor is filled with memories celebrating the brothers' life journeys from Dorchester neighborhood kids to rising Chef and international superstars, Wahlburgers makes food the real star.
They currently have locations throughout North America and Australia. In 2018, Wahlburgers At Home was launched, offering a line of premium meats, sauces, and pickles, which are available in grocery stores throughout the United States.

What to expect.
This class is for adults 18 years of age and older only. No children allowed unless otherwise specified.
Wine or beer may be sampled, but you must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages. Drink responsibly.
This is a demonstration-style cooking class. Sit back, relax, and let our chefs do the cooking. Enjoy all of our delicious menu items and ask questions as we walk you through each recipe.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the class for a refund. Full payment for all classes is required at time of registration. Price includes recipes, demonstration, and samples of the food prepared. Class is for adults only (18 years of age or older). Wine or beer is sampled. You must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages. Drink responsibly. Publix may cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, in which case any payment remitted will be refunded. Publix reserves the right to change recipes or substitute instructors for any reason.

CHEF PAUL WAHLBERG, was born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, one of nine siblings, including his famous younger brothers, Actor/Producer/Entrepreneur Mark Wahlberg and Musician/Actor Donnie Wahlberg. While Mark and Donnie spent their childhood daydreaming of their inevitable rise to fame as performers, Paul spent his time in the family kitchen with his mother Alma.
Paul’s cooking was influenced by the Sunday suppers he shared at home with family and friends. At age 16, he began working for a caterer and after graduating high school, he spent time honoring his craft in several kitchens around Boston including The Charles Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, and Bridgeman’s where he served as Executive Chef for nine years.
Following his years at Bridgeman’s, Paul embarked on his first solo venture opening Alma Nove, an Italian/Mediterranean restaurant in Hingham, MA. Shortly after opening Alma Nove, Paul opened his first Wahlburgers directly across the street.
