What to expect.
This class is for adults 18 years of age and older only. No children allowed unless otherwise specified.
Wine is provided at most evening classes, but you must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages. Drink responsibly.
This is a demonstration-style cooking class. Sit back, relax, and let our chefs do the cooking. Enjoy all of our delicious menu items and ask questions as we walk you through each recipe.
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the class for a refund. Full payment for all classes is required at time of registration. Price includes recipes, demonstration, and samples of the food prepared. Class is for adults only (18 years of age or older). Wine is provided at most evening classes. You must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages. Drink responsibly. Publix may cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, in which case any payment remitted will be refunded. Publix reserves the right to change recipes or substitute instructors for any reason.

Caterina started her professional journey in her family owned Italian Fine Dining Restaurant. It was there that Caterina fell in love with wine, hospitality, and the complete culinary experience.
At the Culinary Institute of America in San Francisco, Caterina earned a Certification from Associzione Italiana Sommelier. Following that, she traveled to New York City, where she attended The New York Restaurant School and achieved a Certification from The Sommelier Society of America.
Coinciding, Caterina enhanced her hospitality background at The Patina Group’s elite Midtown Manhattan dining establishments as General Manager/Beverage Director, while gaining a Certification at NYU in Hospitality Management.
Caterina’s next step in the wine industry was a transition to Director of Hotels and Corporate Accounts at Domaine Select, an Italian Wine Importer. Soon after, she proceeded to Constellation Brands where she held Sales Management positions throughout her 17-year tenure. Through Constellation, she recently attained her WSET Level 3 Certification
Currently, Caterina is the USA Director and Brand Ambassador for Ruffino Estates. She travels the country showcasing the unique Tuscan expressions and enjoys sharing her knowledge and love of wine through education and tasting experiences.
